exist anymore and it does not look worth an effort for resurrect it. </span>

discussion, an indication for silverization is evident.</span>

that the NGU WG does not exist more, I want to poll all the existing WG
in SLS Area to verify if there is any disagreement with the proposal to
give the CCSDS Historical designation (Silver Book) to this document.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial">As you know, this designation
is reserved for any approved CCSDS document that has been superseded
by a more recent version or is for any other reason considered to be obsolete.

this mail to your WG as appropriate to check if there is consensus for
silverizing this book?</span>
