and one from ESA.</span>

english use (e.g. british vs american). In those cases,</span>

final word to the CCSDS editor.</span>

as per AI_18_02 from our Gaithersburg meeting, I update the SCCC Green
Book including (section 7) the measured phase noise, at 26.25 GHz, with

in the testing. <br>
With this, the book is ready for WG review and your comments are due in
