I believe the proposal is very reasonable.</div><div><br><font size="2" style="box-sizing: inherit; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As expressed during the presentation of the concept paper in the Hague, ESA is concerned that CCSDS approval of such OB for use in the EESS X-band may cause RFI beyond what computed in SFCG and which resulted in an SFCG and an ITU-R recommendation on power flux density limits.</font><br style="box-sizing: inherit; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.2px;"><font size="2" style="box-sizing: inherit; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The most logical solution would be to add the SFCG review cycle in the OB loop.
