<font size="1">based on the results of the doodle I sent out, I propose to have a first discussion on the RIDs for the 131x0 Agency Review (introduction of slicing for LDPC in the telemetry coding book) on Thursday 16 March,</font><br>
<font size="1">starting at 5pm (Amsterdam time).</font><br>
<font size="1">I will send shortly an invitation for a second meeting (still based on the doodle results), in case the first one is not sufficient.</font><br>
<font size="1">In case we manage to close all the RIDs, we'll present the results during the San Antonio meeting, otherwise we'll need to finish the job there.</font><br>
