by Monday 03 October, 2 weeks before the meeting.</font>

the actual papers are available.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Please note that I have tentatively
split the discussion on the 231.0-B Agency Review (uplink LDPC codes) in
2 parts, leaving the editorial RIDs for Tue 18 pm, and the technical ones
for the morning of Wed 19.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Depending on the progress of the meeting,
we may need to adjust the allocation.</font>
