a meeting about possible ECSS Adoption Notes for CCSDS docs to replace
some ECSSS standards, Marjorie de Lande Long has pointed out the following
difference between the two standards:  </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">R-S Berlecamp Annex, Table Equivalence
of Representations: ECSS underlines entries that correspond to values with
exactly one non-zero element and match a row in the matrix.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I suggest that the C&S WG consider
in the next meeting whether modifying Annex F of CCSDS 131.0-B to use the
same approach of the ECSS book.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Most likely, the change would be limited
to adding a note (like note b that you find in page 48 of the ECSS Standard)
and underlines the values to which this is applicable.</font>
