CONSIDERING </b>that the Coding & Synchronization (C&S) WG <br>
• completed successfully the WG Review of CCSDS
231.1-O “Short Blocklength LDPC Codes for TC Synchronization and Channel
Coding” Experimental Specification produced by NASA together with
the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. (DLR), and <br>
• the WG kept a collaborative attitude on the
preparation of the Orange Book (without implying consensus), and</font><font size=3>

• NASA and DLR have met all the requirements
for the production of an Experimental Specification</font><font size=3>
</font><font size=3 face="sans-serif"><b><br>
RESOLVES </b>to request CESG/CMC to approve the publication of CCSDS 231.1-O
“Short Blocklength LDPC Codes for TC Synchronization and Channel Coding”
<b><br>
RECOMMENDS</b> that the CESG approve this resolution and, finally</font><font size=3>
</font><font size=3 face="sans-serif"><b><br>
REQUESTS</b> that a CESG poll be conducted to accomplish this. </font><font size=5 face="sans-serif">
