to try to re-open the book and make changes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Given that there hasn’t been any traffic on this list for a year or so, I’m thinking that there is not strong interest from the community either way. If that’s true, I’m going to suggest that CCSDS simply
refresh the current version of the specification, since SCPS-TP *<b>IS</b>* used in commercial products *<b>AND</b>* refreshing the specification gives a slightly nicer place for the IANA TCP Options that implement SCPS-specific features to point to.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
