[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] Data Rate problems: collisions are gone, but I still have the same data rate!!

correction:
(obviously, I meant "I'm now connecting", rather than "I'm not 
connecting"... it's odd how my fingers so often subvert what I'm 
attempting to say...)
