[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] tx collisions: duplex state resolved,
collisions are not.

Okay, I'll try switching to a switch (so to speak), but I still don't
understand why it's only necessary when scps is running; without scps, I
transfer data at a higher rate over the identical hardware and have no
collisions at all...
