I've done similar things but from the perspective of the WAN side -
which is a lot more complicated, never on the LAN side.
 
But in theory you are correct.  If you add the appropriate iptables
rules and populate the routing table appropriately, you should be ok.
You may need to look at the rule numbers to make sure rules are
inserted in the correct place.

	Hi, I'm looking at deploying SCPS on a box that has multiple
LAN side adapters using Linux with Tun devcies.
	I'm of modifiying the firewall rules to redirect packets from
all the input devices to the one input tun device. There is only one
WAN uplink, so I don't think the sending side should require any
modifications.
	Does this seem reasonable to people? 
	Has anyone delpoyed SCPS in a similar situation?
