Your first problem involves how you assigned your network addresses.
You have configured the gateway to be a transparent bridge but your
assigned addresses do not make sense..

I answered a similar question last Thursday, go though the list archive
and look for a message entitled "RE: [Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] Gateway" from
me.  I've attached a png file to that message that should explain
everything...
