[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] SCPS-RI Data Rate

Hi All,

    I have a network setup with 5 machines

   A  ------------------ B -------------- C -------------D ------------------E
 10.30.0.2       10.30.0.1       10.10.0.2     10.40.0.1       10.40.0.2
	          10.10.0.1       10.20.0.2     10.20.0.1


	C is a delay machine with the 600ms roundtrip delay.

            B & D have the gateway with the following configuration   
		./configure --gateway=yes --tun=yes   --low_idle=yes --low_cpu=yes 

            The rfile on both B and D is

	# GW Resource File - comments are allowed, starting with '#'.
#    Comments can be anywhere EXCEPT between parameter values.

     When I do ftp from A/E or E/A,  the data rate is around 1Mbps.

     As I increase the BIF_RATE, the data rate is comes down and for BIF_RATE=4000000 the data rate is very very low.

 And I get the "BAD CHECKSUM on seq num abs ............" fatal error.


Why I am getting this FATAL error ??
