Yes it is true the SCPS RI contains some assemble code for its internal
thread scheduler.  However, if you are configuring the SCPS RI for a
gateway, you can disable this code by adding the configuration option 

	--gateway_single_thread=yes

to the ./configure script

I don't have access to the hardware you mentioned, however this should
go a long way in helping you out.
