[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] Extended Capabilities Binding Space Identifiers for SCPS-TP

I am currently in the process of setting up a mechanism to allocate and
manage SCPS-TP Extended Binding Space Identifiers within CCSDS.  Until
the mechanism is in place, I will serve as the interim allocater.
 
If you would like a binding space identifier, please send me mail with
the following information:
 
1. The string "SCPS-TP Binding Space Identifier" somewhere in the
subject line.
2. Contact information for the person responsible for the request.
3. A short description of the intended use of the binding space.
4. If available, a reference to any publicly-available information
regarding the format of the extended capability data field.
 
This information, along with the binding space identifier issued, will
probably be made public.
 
 
Note that the intent is to limit the distribution of binding space
identifiers to one per company or community of interest that is
actively engaged in SCPS-TP-related development.  Companies or
organizations that may want to signal multiple capabilities will need
to develop their own mechanisms for such signaling within their
allocated identifier.  It is strongly suggested that users begin by
defining and using a mechanism that is extensible rather than start off
with a single-purpose format and have to redefine it later if more
capabilities are desired.
