[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] SCPS license?

Unfortunately the license on the SCPS site is incorrect.  I am working
with openchannel and the corresponding people at MITRE to get the
correct license as soon as I can?  As I understand it, they have at
least changed the references from the MITRE minirouter to SCPS.
 
I will post to the list, when the license has been completely
finalized.
