[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] SCPS license?

Well I did some calling around and hopefully it should be resolved
fairly soon.  Once this occurs the actual  license should on the site.
It should be far less restrictive than the one currently on there..

	Honestly, I have never downloaded the software from open
channel myself. I really don't have to ;-)   Can anyone verify that it
was correct at some point in time?  I currently have a message into the
openchannel folks to see what happened.

		When I download SCPS from openchannel, the license it
displays is for MITRE's MiniRouter, rather than SCPS.
		Is there somewhere that I can get the actual SCPS
license?
