<p class="MsoNormal">We had a good meeting with Hugh and James with our GRC media group, who have the hardware encoder from Sandy, and are awaiting an additional piece (or two?) which should be arriving Friday or perhaps Monday of next week. Our plan is to
conduct the testing in their media lab, as Hugh and James have graciously offered to provide their talents on the video side of the tests while we handle the DTN processing. To reiterate, we are planning on the following streaming configurations for the test
points:<o:p></o:p></p>

We could perform some post-processing quality metrics, but given the time crunch I don’t know what all we could promise here.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">**Visual confirmation of quality looking video (subjective) and then analysis of whether the stream dropped frames/packets, bit-error rates.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
