<p class="MsoNormal">RTP Book: DLR/Jeremy will complete review of Josh’s redline version by early December. The plan then will be for DLR and MSFC to update their implementations to match that Blue Book draft and conduct additional testing (to be documented
in an updated Yellow Book). Goal is to complete that updated testing as early in 2024 as possible. Then we will re-distribute the Red Book for formal Agency Review, hopefully by Spring 2024.

<p class="MsoNormal"><i>Note: If significant portions of the red-line version (from Josh, incorporating key GRC implementation changes) is not incorporated in the RTP over DTN Blue Book, GRC and MIA can discuss creating a new project to produce and publish
an Orange Book with that implementation.<o:p></o:p></i></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Video Quality Assessment Book: Goal is to distribute an updated version with Fall Meeting edits/additions by January 2024. Additional editing will continue through the Spring with the goal being to produce a final draft ready for publication
