<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">Hello everybody, I am very sorry to say that due to family reasons, I will have to travel on 7 November and will miss the CCSDS meetings in The Hague. I hope that some of you might be travelling
on the weekend and that I can see you on Saturday or Sunday. I would also have time for lunch or possibly a very early dinner on Monday.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">I am happy to offer restaurant or things to do ideas if you need. I am disappointed that I will not be there with you, especially since the meetings are in my backyard!</span></p>
