<p class="MsoNormal">All—it was so good to see some of you in person again. Three years was a long time in between face-to-face meetings.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We had productive meetings in Toulouse. We agreed to pursue a project, starting with a Green Book, that will lead to a Video Quality Specification. The Green Book will be based on DLR/Falk Schiffner’s White Paper. I have submitted the Green
Book project into the Framework and for CMC approval. Once approved I will set up a meeting to follow up on actions for writing the first draft.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Meanwhile, earlier this week we received CESG Approval (with conditions) for the publication of our Blue Book, Specification for RTP as Transport for Audio and Video over DTN). The conditions are at the bottom of this email. Next week I’ll
begin the process of addressing these conditions and follow up with some of you for support.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">While we only briefly discussed this during our in-person meetings, our original Green Book, Motion Imagery Applications, is well overdue for a refresh. I have entered this project into the Framework as well and submitted the project for
CMC approval. Once approved I’ll set up a meeting for us to go over assignments for updating.</p>
