We reviewed the status of Interoperability testing for the RTP Blue Book. Recent testing has confirmed the need to adjust some of the language in a note about concatenation. A further round of testing is planned for the week of Feb 3. If
that testing goes well then we’ll complete the documentation of the testing in the Yellow Book. According to Josh, Wes has the pen for that document.

We should then be able to proceed with publishing of the book. I will need to get a reading from Tom about whether we’ll need a third Agency Review. Jeremy and Walt will compare the Red 2 version of the book with the post-testing version
to make it easier for Tom to assess whether enough has changed to warrant a third Agency Review.

We then pivoted to a discussion about our next possible project, A Green Book about Video Quality Assessments. This Green Book will be based on the research white paper written by Falk Schiffner from DLR. We agreed we’ll defer beginning
that project until we’re sure the RTP book is ready to publish. I have an action at that point to begin the Administrative paperwork required fora new project.

conducting the meetings in-person. We will have to stay tuned.
