Packet Protocol, attached is a resolution to dissolve the SPP WG.<span

rightly noted, the number of days when the SIS AD actually pops out of his hole
and submits resolutions is very limited, and affected by whether he sees his
shadow, so with that in mind, here is a resolution to dissolve the SPP WG in
the hope that the Corrigendum is agreed to and published.<span
