with 12 meeting rooms in the Athens hotel from 11-15 April: <U>"3 larger
meeting rooms and 9 smaller breakout rooms which will each hold 10
people"</U>.<BR><BR>It is thus <U>really important</U> for each Area to
compile a list of <U>which WGs will be meeting</U>, and <U>when</U> (which
days, and how long), and <U>how many people</U> are expected in each meeting.
