<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The proposal is to change the wording of the section on creation time stamp to<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">“The creation timestamp shall comprise the bundle creation time and the creation timestamp sequence number. The sequence number shall be a global counter that monotonically increases
across all services registered to the bpa.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Creation timestamp seems adequately defined in RfC 9171 and I don’t think that the clarification is necessary. On the contrary it is limited to IPN naming (or other schemes which
introduce a service number) and I don’t think that formally services are registered with a bpa. Furthermore, if we want to be more explicit, we need to mention the option to reset the sequence counter to 0 every milliseconds (yes, I know that some people want
to require not to do that but I don’t think we have agreed to this deviation from RfC 9171).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
