<p class="MsoNormal">Tomaso will be out all of August (as, likely will other European CESG folks), so if we don’t get a resolution to publish to Tomaso by the end of July, he can’t get the CESG to do anything before Sept (which is likely where we’ll be anyway,
but if we get a resolution out at least we can get the book into Tom’s queue).<o:p></o:p></p>
