As for an agenda, we need to get moving on the first two deliverables:
1) draft green book describing cislunar communications 
   architecture, operations concept, and protocol suite
   requirements
2) a survey document describing candidate protocols.

I'm reviewing the AOS architecture document
(http://www.ccsds.org/CCSDS/documents/701x0b3.pdf) as a possible basis for
cislunar (it contains the architecture slide Adrian presened at the BOF).
