[SIS-CFDPV1] CFDP Unitdata Transfer Layer Magenta Book Draft

Hi,

I have just uploaded the first draft of the CFDP Unitdata Transfer Layer Magenta Book to CWE.

Besides the required updates regarding CFDP over Encapsulation Packets and Space Packet, it now includes UT Layers for BP, LTP, UDP/IP and TCP/IP.

Please have a closer look. We should discuss at CCSDS next week.
