[SIS-CFDPV1] CFDP WG Meeting Huntsville 2/4 - Minor CFDP B5 Updates + Link State Procedures vs Suspend

Dear All,

Please address major issues directly to the mailing list and add smaller corrections as comments directly in the word version.

Please have a closer look at 4.12 Link State Procedure / 4.11.3 Notice of Suspension Procedures. As discussed, the intended behaviour is:

  1.  For suspended transaction, acknowledgments are still being sent (ie, ACK(EOF), ACK(Finished)
  2.  End of transmission opportunity shall stop transmission of all PDU (including ACK) but still process incoming PDU
  3.  End of reception opportunity shall stop transmission of all PDU (including ACK) but should still allow to process incoming PDU

(I do hope that this makes sense; if not, let's discuss the intended behaviour)
