think I found a small discrepancy in the spec, section 2.3.5. It
states "[the node] re-queries the configuration server to determine the
new network location of the registrar and resumes exchanging
heartbeats." This doesn't reflect the fact that the node also needs to
issue a 'reconnect' first. I think it should be changed to something
like: "...and continues with the reconnection procedures prior to
resuming heartbeat exchange."</span></font></div>

in the Red Book, I think the "Conformance Classes" and the new "Service
conformance Statement" chapters should be consecutive, ie: swap
chapters 7 and 8. It doesn't necessarily matter, but the MIB chapter
simply seems misplaced stuck in between the two conformance sections.</span></font></div>
