interpretation says &#8220;ignore it&#8221;) &nbsp;&nbsp;Conversely, suppose a
node sends a &#8216;reconnect&#8217; and then receives an
&#8216;i-am-stopping&#8217; (with its own node-id)?&nbsp; (My interpretation
says &#8220;reset to unregistered condition&#8221;).</span></font></p>
