<p>Attached are the draft minutes of the Fall 2021 meetings. Please
review the notes regarding any action items. You can send me any
comments or corrections prior to November 15, at which time the
minutes will be finalized.</p>
<p>As we discussed, we would like to schedule another meeting in
early December. I have created a Doodle poll for this. By November
15, please indicate which days might work for you.</p>

<p>The latest draft Green Book is in CWE in the Meeting Materials

folder. It is getting too big to send by email now. If you do not
have access to CWE, please coordinate through CCSDS tech support
as soon as you can, <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:techsupport@mailman.ccsds.org">techsupport@mailman.ccsds.org</a>.</p>
<p>The other documents discussed at the meetings, including the
presentation on quantum clock synchronization are also in the same
folder.</p>
