    <p>Attached is the updated Green Book draft (also uploaded to CWE),

      now with the figures and tables captioned and cross-referenced

      properly.  The list of figures and list of tables now shows up as

      expected.  Please start your editing with this version.<br>

    </p>

    <p>When you check your sections, please check if I made any mistake

      in referencing the proper figure number.  I noticed that there are

      a number of figures that are not referenced anywhere in the text. 

      My understanding is that each figure should be called out in the

      text at least once, so if you can, please update the text

      accordingly.</p>
