Group meeting in Darmstadt.</p>
<p>I encourage you to volunteer to present on a relevant topic,
including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review of time correlation and time synchronization
protocols for space<br>
</li>
<li>How your space agency manages spacecraft time</li>
<li>Mission requirements relating to time management</li>
<li>Cross support scenarios</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a new Working Group -- please keep it vibrant by
stepping up and participating.</p>
<p>Please notify me of your intent to present. The deadline for
this is October 14, at which time I will publish the final
agenda.</p>
