is what I think is a suitable version of a draft charter that we can send
to the CESG and CMC for approval. It includes the updates agreed
to in the last telecon, some additional definitions drawn from the 4 March
set, and a new definition for “clock-ensemble” that I created. I
could not find a specific definition of this anywhere, so I crafted this
based on those discussions I could find that hinted at a definition. Track
changes was left on so you could see what changed.</span></p>

and some suggested mods he provided to the existing definitions for clarity
