BB from the Time Correlation BB (item 3 is now two separate items. There is also a related change to the Time Synchronization proposed definition, to simplify it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

definitions drawn from the 4 March set, and a new definition for “clock-ensemble” that I created. I could not find a specific definition of this anywhere, so I crafted this based on those discussions I could find that hinted at a definition. Track changes
