[Sea-time] [EXTERNAL] Time Management WG meeting prior to CCSDS fall meeting in Toulouse

Dear Time Enthusiasts,

Just a reminder, we have a teleconference scheduled for next week 
Tuesday, September 20. You should have gotten a webex invitation about 
it, but if you are missing it let me know. Please review the status of 
any action items prior to Tuesday. Thanks.

Please note, we are not meeting September 15. I had originally scheduled 
a meeting then, but there were several conflicts and we decided to 
reschedule. The September 15 meeting is canceled.
