MS Word file for the book. The latter gets its diagrams from the former, so if you need to change any images in the book, you have to update both files. The two file names end with the string 18Nov23.<o:p></o:p></p>

lost) Operations viewpoint. I will take control next and will do the massage of the remaining sections into the agreed presentation order of the sub-sections. The notes make it clear (I hope) what the flow of each viewpoint section is to be.<o:p></o:p></p>
