<p class="MsoNormal">The work plan, as we agreed during the meeting, is that Ramon has the CM control of the document at this point until he signals that he has uploaded the revisions. Costin is to have control next, specifically to provide the missing (or
lost) Operations viewpoint. I will take control next and will do the massage of the remaining sections into the agreed presentation order of the sub-sections. The notes make it clear (I hope) what the flow of each viewpoint section is to be.<o:p></o:p></p>
