<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">During the session last week we spent quite a while discussing some of Ray's SOIS materials. I was worried that there were a lot of words spoken, but that what was being requested was not well conveyed.
So I took the liberty of editing the version of Ray's slides that I found in order to try and get the points across more concretely. Please see the attached, particularly pages 4, 8, 13, 16 and new page 17 (mods to 16).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
