<div>The CCSDS does not yet have anything like a formal procedure for soliciting candidates for new (or re-started) working groups. That said, as the SEA AD I would like to solicit candidates from the agencies to chair the SEA System Architecture WG that
is now being proposed for re-start. If you know of qualified candidates that you would like to propose please send their names to me no later than 5 October 2015.</div>

<div>If you, or other persons, are interested in the work, but not interested in leading the effort, I would also like to solicit their names. As described in the last two CESG reports to the CMC the overall body of work that is proposed includes:</div>

<li>Create CCSDS Reference Architecture for CMC (“cartoon” and formal model) </li><li>Develop a formal ontology for CCSDS and related XML schema guidelines </li><li>Refresh Reference Architecture for Space Data Systems (RASDS) </li><li>Develop a process for sustaining the reference architecture, ontology and schema </li><li>Develop a CCSDS wide registry management policy to guide the WGs and SANA operator </li></ul>

<div>I would like to meet as a WG at the upcoming meeting in Darmstadt. Even if we cannot accomplish that we will meet again as a BoF. Please plan to attend.
