<p class="MsoNormal">As for the use of Gitbhub to share software, that is fright with all sorts of export control sirens blaring in my head. Even if we develop prototype software, because its software, I have never had a situation where the lawyers and export
control folks didn’t get into the mix. We had those problems with SCPS prototypes and I think Scott Burleigh had the problem with CFDP and DTN/ION. And I know that the Europeans, especially ESA, have the same sort of release issues that we went through in
the SDLS cloud testing. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It occurs to me that the D-DOR Quasar catalog files could be handled in this way, as a way to provide a sort of update tracking and to make a bulk export available. Or if we have any prototype software, say from the SecWG, that we would
want to offer for use by others. In the next generation of the SAWG we might want to store and make available the MagicDraw XMI models that are used for the proposed RASDS SysML annex or even the PPT files used for RASDS and SCCS-ARD/ADD documents.<o:p></o:p></p>
