[SEA-exec] [EXTERNAL] SEA Opening Plenary?

Hi Howie,

You are right, there is no SEA opening plenary for this meeting, just the closing one.

We (Gannett and I) felt that having the Boot Camp, and getting decent attendance, was more important.

What I do wish is for all of the SEA WG Chairs to provide me with the kinds of info you normally include in the opening plenary one week prior to the working meetings.  That way I’ll know what you are working on (and can report it up to the rest of the CESG), and we’ll have that as an input to the closing plenary (where you can ”tick off the ‘done’ boxes”).

Hi Peter,

I just started my registration for the Fall meetings and on the ‘are you coming’ checklist, there is no SEA Opening Plenary scheduled for Monday morning.  Are you planning to hold one?  Or is this being overtaken by the Technical Editor Bootcamp that I see from 0945-1230?
