CORRECTION: The document description in the announcement below was inaccurate. It should read as follows:

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Recommended Standard for TM Synchronization and Channel Coding contains specifications to be used by space missions on synchronous communications links.  The current update provides a revised the pseudo-randomizer in section 10 for the purpose of obviating spectral spikes in high-data-rate links.

     CCSDS 131.0-P-4.1. TM Synchronization and Channel Coding. Pink 
                        Sheets. Issue 4.1. February 2023.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Recommended Standard for TM Synchronization and Channel Coding contains specifications to be used by space missions on synchronous communications links.  The current update adds support for the Unified Space Data Link Protocol and ground-to-space communications links.


The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the CCSDS Review Coordinator is 24 April 2023.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
