was brought to my attention that the results of the CMC poll to select
a MOIMS Deputy Area Director were never distributed to the CESG. Mr. Marc
Duhaze (CNES) was selected by the CMC to succeed Mrs. Briggite Behal (CNES)
as MOIMS Deputy Area Director. Following is the CMC resolution:</span></p>

that the CMC is responsible for appointing CCSDS Deputy Area Directors;

that Mr. Marc Duhaze (CNES) has been proposed as Deputy Area Director
for Mission Operations and Information Management Services (MOIMS) to replace
Ms. Briggite Behal; and</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">RECOGNIZING
that Mr. Marc Duhaze (CNES) has received the support of a majority of the
respondents to CMC-P-2020-10-004;</span></p>

the appointment of Mr. Marc Duhaze (CNES) as Deputy Area Director
of MOIMS.</span></p>
