I would expand out our contribution to:<br>

Use standard Word features such as:<br>
<ul>
<li> MS Word styles for section headers</li>
<li> Cross referencing using Word links instead of bookmarks</li>
<li> ToC using styles and inbuilt Word features rather than
bookmarks</li>
<li> Table and Figure captions using standard Word features</li>
</ul>
Simplifies the editing and updating of documents as CCSDS styles and
tables are automatically updated<br>
Minimise everyone’s work: WG -> CTE -> AR -> WG<br>
