<i>supposed</i> to be forwarded to the NASA review coordinator, whose responsibility it is to deliver all NASA-approved RIDs to the CCSDS coordinator at the end of the review. Historically it has been demonstrated that there are a couple of weak points in that
process; e.g., sometimes the form does not forward the RIDs to the NASA review coordinator, and sometimes the NASA review coordinator does not forward the RIDs to the CCSDS coordinator.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
