I have recommended that the actions assigned at our Fall 2015 meeting be implemented in a subsequent issue of the document, to be managed by the next Chair of the Telerobotics Working Group.<br class=""><div class="">

In reviewing my email on the subject, I could not find evidence that I had presented you and Tom Gannett with this same material; what I have record of is an email to Tom, you and Mehran from November 8, 2015 containing the Google Docs version of the same document before it had been converted to the accepted CCSDS Green Book template format. The two attached documents — "MOIMS-TEL Green Book (Zeroth Issue, Final).docx” and "MOIMS-TEL Green Book (Zeroth Issue, Final).pdf” — are identical to those distributed to the MOIMS-TEL Working Group on November 9, 2015. They are also identical to the two documents in the MOIMS CWE area under MOIMS-TEL > Draft Documents > Green Book.<br class=""><br class="">The third document attached, 2015-11-12 CCDSD Fall 2015 Notes.docx, is my record of the Discussions and Actions from the Fall 2015 Technical Meeting. I believe that all the actions assigned can be postponed until the next issue of the Green Book, and that the "MOIMS-TEL Green Book, Zeroth Issue” be published as a CCSDS Informational Report, subject to Tom’s editorial comments.
