for the following approved projects have been only informally announced</font>

Transport and CNES Binary Encoding</font>

Prototype 2 have been agreed by CNES (for CCSDS 524.1) and ESA (for CCSDS
524.4),</font>

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate
