 I do not think an Area Director has the authority to craft resolutions on behalf of the CMC stating authorization of projects. I believe the AD has the authority to speak for the area, and as such, the authority to request initiation of CMC poll for approval
 of projects.   Can you please verify that this is correct?  <o:p></o:p></span></p>
